BIDQUIN

How It Works

Last updated: September 2026

List your project, participate in ranking through bids, and compete for visibility on the BIDQUIN leaderboard.

BIDQUIN is a project ranking platform. It does not sell the projects listed on it. The paid service is participation in competitive ranking through a verified bid for your own project.

Paid checkout is not open yet. PayFast merchant onboarding and integration are pending. BIDQUIN is not currently accepting paid bids. No payment is taken through the disabled checkout.

1. List your project for free

Create an account, complete authentication and submit valid project information. Normal valid submissions are intended to enter the public leaderboard automatically, without routine admin approval. Free listings receive a rank; payment is not required for listing or ranking.

The automatic-listing workflow is being rolled out. If your existing project still shows pending, contact support. Restricted, rejected or suspended projects remain excluded.

2. Understand your rank

Eligible projects with active verified paid bids rank first, by bid amount from highest to lowest. Equal paid amounts are ordered by when the amount became effective, earliest first. Eligible non-cash launch promotions follow, ordered by grant time. Other free listings follow, newest publication first. Project identifiers provide a stable final tie-break.

Launch promotions, when enabled and available, are non-cash placements. They are not paid bids, money, refunds or permanent rank reservations.

3. Choose an optional paid bid when checkout opens

Review the current pricing, exact charge and currency before proceeding to PayFast hosted checkout. A bid purchases the application of that bid amount to your project's ranking participation if payment and eligibility are verified. A new valid bid replaces the previous active ranking amount; it is not added to it. Each new bid is charged at its full quoted amount, not just the increase.

4. Payment verification and ranking

Once PayFast is connected, its secure server-side notification must confirm the payment and match the recorded transaction, amount and currency. An eligible successful bid is then activated once, and ranking is recalculated automatically. Returning from checkout or seeing a success URL is not proof of payment. No routine admin approval is required for an eligible verified bid.

Failed, cancelled, pending or unverified payments do not activate bids. If a verified payment arrives after its bid expires or is no longer eligible, it is flagged for refund review and does not change rank.

Visibility without a guaranteed position

Competing valid bids can change your position at any time. Payment does not guarantee #1, a permanent rank, traffic, clicks, sales or a quality endorsement. Admins handle exceptional moderation, fraud, disputes, refunds and platform administration.
