These terms apply to your use of BIDQUIN. By using the service, you agree to these terms. Review the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy as well.

Paid checkout is not open yet. PayFast merchant onboarding and integration are pending. BIDQUIN is not currently accepting paid bids. No payment is taken through the disabled checkout.

Listings and accounts

BIDQUIN provides project listings and competitive leaderboard participation. Listing is free. Provide accurate information, maintain access to your account and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for content and actions submitted through your account. Only submit projects and materials you own or have permission to represent.

Ranking and paid bidding

Free projects can receive a rank. Normal eligible listings and verified bids do not require routine admin approval under the automatic workflow described in How It Works. Paid projects rank by active verified amount; earlier effective bids break equal-amount ties. Non-cash launch promotions and other free listings follow under the published rules.

Each paid bid purchases the application of a ranking amount for the selected project, subject to successful payment verification and continued eligibility. New valid bids replace the active amount and are charged in full. Positions can change because of competing bids, listing eligibility or moderation. No permanent rank, #1 position, traffic, clicks, sales or project quality is guaranteed.

Payment processing and verification

When available, PayFast processes payments through hosted checkout. Review the exact charge and currency before proceeding. BIDQUIN does not collect full card or bank credentials. A browser return does not confirm payment. Only authenticated server-side confirmation and transaction checks can activate a paid bid. Failed, cancelled, pending and unverified payments cannot affect ranking. Duplicate notifications cannot activate the same bid twice.

Prohibited activity and moderation

Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing or harmful content; use stolen payment instruments; manipulate payments or ranking; impersonate others; or attempt to bypass access controls. BIDQUIN may restrict accounts, suspend or remove listings and investigate suspicious activity. Moderation is for exceptions and platform integrity, not routine approval of each listing or payment.

Intellectual property and external projects

You retain your rights in submitted content and permit BIDQUIN to host, display and process it to provide your listing and related service features. Do not upload materials you have no right to use. BIDQUIN branding and website materials may not be used in ways that misrepresent affiliation. Linked project sites are independently operated; their products and promises are their responsibility.

Refunds, cancellation and disputes

Requests are reviewed individually as explained in the Refund Policy. Contact noreply@bidquin.lol with your project and transaction reference. Technical failures, duplicate charges and disputed payment status are investigated using transaction records. Refunds and disputes do not create a right to a particular ranking position.

Service availability and liability

We work to maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, BIDQUIN is not responsible for indirect losses or lost profits arising from leaderboard position, third-party projects or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
